Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
An expert Familiar with all goods production processes responsible for the quality assurance of the entire production process of the product and improve quality through random product testing and making better production processes. QC also needs to be responsible for solving the quality problems from the purchase of raw materials to finished goods. QC will understand the actual inventory quantity of the goods, assist in the ordering between customer and NSPV and estimate the approximate production time and quantity of the product to provide customers with feedback on quantity and shipping time.
Quality Control Procedures
QC will follow up the product quality and quantity control from raw materials, supervise the production process to reduce product qualities caused by avoidable mistakes to reduce waste, and spot check products from time to time to ensure quality, qualified products shall be warehoused in time and unqualified products will be fed back and handled in time to check the causes of unqualified.
